Okay not the best photography I have to admit, but my camera was out of batteries and these were fast to go! Triple chocolate muffins with a gooey moist center! The trick I found is to push a cube of chocolate (flavour of your choice) into the middle of the mixture and remove from the oven while still gooey! Then serve hot!!!
