Okay so that's 2 christmas cakes down and 3 to go! (One of which is for us...) I made this one for my (slightly crazy) Nan and my Dad is delivering it to her as we speak! I've been told the biggest problem with my cakes is that I add too many cute characters which guilt people out of consumption, instead of taking this as constructive criticism I heard only the compliment and continued to create them.
If my kitchen didn't suffer-it wouldn't be a good cake.
