I made this for my friend Tayla's Mum who also cannot decide between chocolate and fondant, a combination I still don't personally agree with but I aim to please the customer! This was not only the first time I used luxury sugar paste or cake truffle numbers, but also a first attempt at chocolate curls! The sad truth is; this was made before I discovered nutella buttercream.
