So the day before my science results I made the very intelligent bet with two of my friends that if I got 3 A*s I'd make them 200 cookies each. I'll tell you now that results day was incredible for the three minutes that I was in shock and awe before realizing the punishment I was about to face. I made them each a batch of cookies and this smiley face rainbow cake which they agreed would pay off 50 cookies each from the dept. I'd say they're crazy for refusing to eat cake with jam in (All good sponge cake has jam in) but then others would argue that anyone who willingly volunteers to make 400 cookies as a self-punishment for achieving high grades does not deserve to have their judgement on sanity acknowledged as valid.
No, I still haven't completely paid off the dept, but I can tell you that for most of the food I post-they had some of, most of, or all of it; often with a teaspoon before walking to school.
Being the girl who ate half of this cake, it was so so nice and I ate it in about 3 days, and Claires cakes are just amazing always okay!
