Simple sponge cake with jam and buttercream, black fondant and of course, shaped like a piano.
I made this cake for my piano teacher as a thank you for the merit I achieved in grade 5. It wasn't easy, I don't care or practice enough, and it took a lot of hard work. So I thought I'd make a cake that replicated this process:
Tip I learnt making this: for extra lightness/fluffiness-whisk the egg whites separately with a third of the sugar and add this to the rest of the mixture with milk and flour!
