Vanilla cupcake with sweetened coconut butter cream, a mini chocolate chunk cookie, with white chocolate button and chocolate chip eyes.
I won the year nine food tech cupcake competition with this guy. The requirements were to make fruit cupcakes but my argument was that sweetened coconut in the icing satisfied this and thus, I was crowned first place.
Proud as I was of my ranking, I'm still pretty jealous of the creator of this, my desktop background;
